Shipping and payment

We happily ship to all countries. All orders ship from our studio in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Please allow 4-7 business days for your order to be crafted.

International delivery takes 8 -18 business days, depending on the delivery service chosen, destination, and customs processing. Delivery times are based on the date of dispatch - not the time of ordering.

Dog&Teepee offers standard and express delivery options.

After the package arrives in the destination country, it is tendered to your country's national postal carrier or UPS. They will complete the delivery in the way that they usually deliver mail.

Standard airmail delivery takes 8-18 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number.

Airmail parcels are sent to the main delivery point in your closest capital city. They are then processed by customs and handed over to the local postal service for the final delivery stages. Customs can delay a delivery, but on average, airmail takes 8-16 business days to the USA and Canada and 10-20 business days to the Middle East, Africa, Caribbean, Asia & Australia, New Zealand, Central, and South America.

If you've checked the shipping details, you've provided, and they're all correct, and it's been over 30 days, and you still haven't received your teepee, please contact us.

UPS delivery takes 4-7 business days.

Your dispatch email will include a tracking number.

When you have a package shipped to the EU or UK via UPS, you're essentially hiring UPS to bring goods across the border. Brokerage fees are usually a percentage of the shipment's value or a minimum fee. These may be requested upfront when you sign for the goods. If not, UPS will send you an invoice in the mail. Dog&Teepee receives no part of these funds and cannot provide a refund for any extra costs incurred.

Please be aware that the delivery of products to some regions may incur a customs/sales tax that is payable on delivery of the products that you have ordered. Please check your local tax laws before placing your order for any guide to check whether you might have to pay such a tax. If you aren't sure, contact us, and we'll do our best to help you. Being aware of your local tax laws is your responsibility. We are unable to refund any amount charged at the point of delivery as Dog&Teepee does not receive any amount of these additional taxes.

We accept PayPal payments.

We are sorry that we cannot accept personal cheques, cashier's cheques, money orders, or direct deposits.

This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
