Dog&Teepee offers standard ($35-55) and express ($64) delivery options. We happily ship to all countries. All orders ship from our studio in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to be crafted.

All packages are sent via international registered airmail or UPS from Kyiv, Ukraine.
It includes a tracking number (it will be sent in an e-mail notification). Each package has delivery confirmation.
Once the package arrives in the destination country, they are handled by the local national carrier or UPS in that country.

International delivery takes 10-18 business days. Please note, that transit time may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

You can find a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email you have received from get@dogandteepee.com.

We gladly accept PayPal payments.

Please be aware that delivery of products to some regions may incur a customs/sales tax that is payable on delivery of the items that you have ordered. Please check your local tax laws a before placing your order for any guide to check whether you might have to pay such a tax. If you aren't sure, contact us and we'll do our best to help you. Being aware of your local tax laws is your responsibility, and we are unable to refund any amount charged at the point of delivery as Lonely Planet does not receive any amount of these additional taxes.

Returns and refunds are managed on a case by case basis, so depending on the circumstances they can take a variable amount of time to process.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will get in touch within 1-2 days and give you the address you need to send your return. You need to make sure you send the products back within 14 days of telling us you want to change your mind. You will need to pay the costs of return postage.

This store uses PayPal for payments. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
